COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12HFA51A49H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hartman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hartman such as the DH14B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8000X2052 manufactured by Hi-g and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50mm36W by Manufacturer Rft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Genicom Brand 3S2791FB100AM7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls such as 158127 equipment made by Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S1647 made by Lisk as well as the popular AEV15012 original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RC222ABN624A949H01 by Mitsubishi and 158127 spares by Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7ML12011EA00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
